JIANGSU WELLHEAD DRILLING EUIPMENT CO., LTD. was founded in February 2005 and is a national high-tech manufacturing enterprise that integrates R&D, production, sales, and service, specializing in intelligent equipment for oil and gas drilling and production. The company is dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of a series of products including wellhead equipment, casing heads, blowout preventers, choke and kill manifolds, mud pumps and drilling mud manifolds, as well as high-and-medium-pressure valves and drilling accessories for oil and gas extraction. JIANGSU WELLHEAD DRILLING EUIPMENT CO., LTD. was the first enterprises to settle in Yancheng National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, covering land of an area of about 70000 m². We have constructed four modern standardized workshops of which total construction area is 50,000 m². Our factory are equipped with world-class advanced CNC machining, automated welding machine, and auto-spray-painting equipment. We currently have more than 100 employees, including over 20 middle and senior technical professionals and over 40 skilled middle and senior technicians. Oil wellhead equipment ensures the smooth progress of the oil and gas extraction process through a series of designs and specialized functions. The wellhead device is an important equipment in the oil and gas extraction process. It is responsible for the precise control of the pressure, flow and direction of oil and gas. For example, flameproof electrical equipment uses a sturdy casing and a special sealing structure to prevent the explosion flame and explosive mixture from spreading to the outside of the equipment even when an explosion occurs inside, thereby protecting the safety of the surrounding environment.
In addition, in order to prevent oil and gas from leaking during the extraction and transportation process, many oil and gas fields have adopted protective measures for double pipeline systems. This system consists of two layers of inner and outer pipelines, the inner pipeline is used to transport oil and gas, and the outer pipeline plays a role of protection and support. When the outer pipeline is damaged for various reasons, the inner pipeline can still maintain its integrity and sealing, effectively preventing oil and gas from leaking into the surrounding environment.
